中文摘要:

血小板粘附、聚集和释放反应在血栓形成过程中起着重要的作用。血小板功能抑制药物,试用于防治心肌梗塞等血管栓塞症有一定的效果。以活血化瘀药为主的冠心Ⅱ号治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较好的疗效.在实验研究方面表明能抑制 ADP 和胶元诱导的血小板聚集。本文报道该方对胶元诱导血小板5-羟色胺(5-HT)释放反应及对血小板超微结构的影响。

英文摘要:

Serotonin was measured by fluorspectra.CH-2,at a concentration great enough to inhibit the collogen-mduced aggregation of rabbit platelets was found to decrease the amount of serotonin released from the platelets.This effect of CH-2 was concentration-dependent.As confirmed by electronic microscopy.CH-2 inhibited the release of platelet granules,but not the formation of pseudopodia.It is suggested that the inhibition of platelet release reaction may result from the inhibition of cAMP phosphodiesterase.
