党参化学成分及药理作用研究进展

党参(Codonopsis pilosula[Franch]Nannf.)是一味经典的补气中药。它能补中益气,作用类似人参,但药效较弱。过去有关党参的化学成分和药理作用研究的文献不多。1976年姜廷良综述了党参及党参属的儿种植物药的化学成分和药理作用。此后,在最近几年国内外又有一些关于党参的化学成分和药理作用的研究报告,现就有关内容综述如下。

英文摘要:

In the past few years,several groups of investigators in China were engaged in studying the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Dangshen.It was found that Dangshen contains a number of essential amino acids,certain inorganic trace dements,saponins,mono-,di-and polysaccharides and several compounds which have not been reported previously.Dangshen decoction given to mice p.o.could protect them against gamma- ray irradiation,hypoxemia,cold and inflammatory edema and enhance phagocytic activity of reticulo-endothelial system and peritoneal macrophages.Plasma corticosterone level of mice was raised by Daugshen decoction p.o.and its saponin fraction and saccharide fraction iv.Furthermore,Dangshen extract could dilate fine blood vessels of the mice’s omentum and promote circulation of their heads,lower extremity and viscera in anesthetized cats.With isolated guinea pigileum preparations,the contractions induced by 5-HT,acetylcholine,histamine and BaCl₂ were antagonized to various degrees by Dangshen extracts.It was reported in Japan that the methanol extract of Dangshen produced analgesic effect ia mice and protected them against carrageenin-induced edema in their paws.
