| 自1977年我们采用中西医结合方法治疗子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症),发现活血化瘀疗法对本病有一定疗效。1981年除临床治疗外也开展了实验研究工作,对本病的机理进行了探讨,现将60例观察结果报告如下: |

| This article reports the treatment of 60 cases of endometriosis by the method of activating blood circulation,removing stasis and the therapy of alternation.The treatments included prescription by mouth,intravenous injection,intramuscular injection and external application.All these treatments were used alternately for one or three months.The rate of efficiency was 78.82%,the marked efficiency was 48.3%.We also selected 20 cases by chance and examined their blood rheology and observed the histological change of capillaries under their nails.Results of the indexes of blood rheology were examined as follows.The holblood viscosity and blood plasma viscosity were higher than normal;the time of red cell electrophoretic mobility and platelet electrophoretic mobility were slower than normal(P<0.001,P <0.01,P<0.05).After 3 month’s treatment,the above-mentioned tests were repeated on half of the patients.The results were all close to normal.We recognized that the increase of IgG was one of the reasons leading to the increase of holblood viscosity. |
