| 本文选择功能性子宫出血年龄在40岁以下的肾虚患者为对象,在56例中分两组进行治疗,补肾组41例用左、右归饮加减,排卵汤,耳针穴位埋针及穴位药物注射等综合治疗,近期显效78%,有效21.9%;远期随访24例,治愈83%,远期效果比较巩固。 |

| Fifty-six patients with functional hemorrhage of uterus were treated,all were under 40 years of age.Diagnosed according to traditional Chinese medicine,most of the patients under 20 were deficient in kidney Yang and most of the patients above 30 deficient in kidney Yin.Forty-one cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine with the method of tonifying the kidney,while the remaining cases were treated with hormone.In the former group,marked effect was observed in 32 cases(78%), improvement in 9 cases(22%).Twenty-four cases were followed up,among which 20 cases(83%)were found cured.The results obtained were much better than those obtained in the group treated with hormonal therapy. In those patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine.We investigated cyclic changes of the ovary by measuring basal temperature in 11 cases,examining cornification of vaginal epithelium in 12 cases,examining cervical mucus crystals in 12 cases,and assaying blood progesterone level in 7 cases, all the findings indicating that the tonifying kidney method promoted ovarian function. |
