| 本文总结中医辨证为肾阳虚、气滞血瘀的子宫内膜异位症42例,采用补肾益气活血化瘀法治疗,结果:痊愈5例(11.9%),显效23例(54.8%),有效11例(26.2%),无效3例(7.1%)。10例不孕症经治疗后,7例妊娠。随访7月～5年,3例复发。并分析讨论了补肾活血化瘀治疗本病的作用。 |

| 42 cases of endometriosis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine from 1976 through 1979. Of these,15 cases were histopathologically proved and 12 were clinically diagnosed.Based upon the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,insufficiency of kidney-Yang,stagnation of Qi(energy)and stasis of blood were treated by therapy of tonifying the kidney,replenishing energy,activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis.Radix Morindae Officinalis,Herba Epimedii,Radix Dipsaci,Semen Cuscutae, Radix Codonopsitis Pilosulae and Radix Astragali were prescribed for tonifying the kidney and replenishing energy.Cortex Moutan Radicis,Semen Persieae,Flos Carthami,Typha Angustifolia Radix Rubiae and Paeonia Veitchii were used for activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis. Frankincense and Myrrh were administered for invigorating energy flow and relieving pain,5 cases (11.9%)were cured;23 cases(54.8%)markedly improved;11 cases(26.2%)improved.But in 3 cases(7.1%) no efficacy was achieved.Among the 10 patients with infertility,7 became pregnant after the treatment, Each patient was followed up for a period of 7 months or up to 5 years.There were 3 cases of recurrence. The combination of tonifying the kidney with activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis is a treatment of endometriosis in relevance to both its root cause and symptoms,and this is more effective than merely activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis. |
