活血化瘀治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效机理研究——外周微循环观察

56例视网膜静脉阻塞患者分别用活血化瘀中药和尿激酶治疗,疗效良好。其中43例进行治疗前后外周微循环观察,发现视网膜静脉阻塞外周微循环障碍主要表现为微血流中红细胞聚集以及局部血流停滞。活血化瘀治疗后,球结膜微循环改善表现为微血流颜色的改善,微血流区域性停滞的减轻,红细胞聚集的离散,微血流速度的增加和微血管周围出血的吸收。

This paper reports the results of 56 cases of retinal vein occlusion(RVO)treated with traditional Chinese"Huo Xue Hua Yu"therapy and urokinase(a well-known effective fibrinolytie agent).The cases were divided into two groups randomly.The peripheral microcirculation of 43 cases had been tested before and after treatment.The law of disturbances of the peripheral microcirculation in RVO had been analysed.The relation between the efficiency and mechanism had been studied. The results were as follows:(1)The vision of 56 cases before and after treatment was statistically different(P <0.01).The rate of effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine group and urokinase group was 89.7% and 81.5% respectively.With no significant difference statistically(P>0.05),this means that the traditional Chinese medicine is as effective as urokinase.(2)Forty three cases of RVO had their peripheral microcirculation observed. Microcirculation disturbances such as aggregation of red blood cells and localized blood stasis had been found.All these changes were considered to be related to the pathogenesis of RVO.(3)The peripheral microcirculation of 21 cases of RVO had been found improved after being treated by"Hue Xue Hun Yu".Greater blood flow,marked increase in number of capillary network,improvement of localized blood stasis and aggregation of blood cells were observed.These results indicated that activating blood circulation and relieving blood stasis and red blood cell aggregation to improve microcirculation was one of the therapeutic mechanism of"Hue Xue Hua Yu".
