血瘀证患者环核苷酸及N-乙酰神经氨酸的含量水平及其活血化瘀研究的评价

为了探讨血瘀证的本质及活血化瘀的作用原理,对具有血瘀证的各型胶原病及银屑病测定了环核替酸和 N-乙酰神经氨酸,结果提示 cAMP 降低、cGMP 和 N-乙酰神经氨酸增高。对这些患者采用了有活血化瘀作用的雷公藤及丹参紊中草药治疗,治疗后血瘀证及上述指标均有不同程度的改善。初步认为血瘀证和生物学功能异常、炎症反应之间有着紧密关系。

There are quite a few common clinical symptoms of blood stasis(SBS)in various collagen diseases and psoriasis,such as eyanosis of the tongue,Raynaud’s phenomenon,skin abnormality,pathological mass,arthralgia, etc.In order to find the nature of SBS and the mode of action of activating blood circulation and removing stasis (ABC-RS).Cyclic nucleotide and sialic acid of these cases were determined.Results showed decrease of cAMP, increase of cGMP and sialic acid.120 patients were treated with the method of A BC-RS,using traditional Chinese drugs(Tripterygium wilfordii,Salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.).Improvement in the SBS,cyclic nucleotide and sialic acid in varying degrees was observed.It can be concluded on the basis of these findings that there is a close relation between abnormal biochemical functions,inflammation reaction and SBS in collagen diseases and psoriasis.
