本文对68例慢性肾炎分二组进行肾小球功能的观察,治疗组40例用温肾方,对照组28例用肾炎四味片。通过内生肌酐清除值(Ccr)等检查,结果治疗组在症状改善的同时 Ccr 提高11.5ml/分,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.001)。作者还提出对慢性肾炎的治疗,应抓住肾衰竭前的时机,重视 Ccr 的监测。

英文摘要:

According to traditional Chinese medicine,primary glomerulonephritis is closely related to deficiency of kidney energy and kidney Yang,related to the degeneration of the function of the kidney.Therefore,we made an observation on the role of"Warming Kidney"therapy in recovering the function of the kidney in the treatment of chronic nephritis. The"warming kidney"prescription consists of Radix Astragali(12 grams),Herba Cynomorii,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,and Poria(each 10 grams),Herba Leonuri(15 grams),Radix Aconiti Praeparata,Rhizoma Alismatis (each 6 grams).We used this prescription to treat a group of 40 cases.Another group of 28 cases were given Shen Yan Si Wei Pian(肾炎四味片,pills composed of four ingredients for nephritis)as control.The course of treatment lasted 3 months in both groups. It was found"warming kidney"therapy yielded good results.For example:(1)The symptoms of deficiency of kidney Yang were improved,especially,soreness in the limbs and lumbar region,fatigue,polyuria at night,chill and aversion to cold were definitely relieved.(2)Itcaused mild diuresis.It could reinforce the action of western diuretics without doing any damage to kidney-energy.(3)This prescription also increased the potentiality of the kidney. Creatinine clearance increased 11.5ml/min averagely in the treated group,but it decreased 6ml/min averagely in the control group.There was remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.001).It has been shown that this therapy can protect and improve the functioning of the glomeruli of patients with chronic nephritis,defer the occurrence of kidney failure and relieve the symptoms.As a result,the patients may regain capacity for a reasonable amount of fruitful work.
