清热活血法为主治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎14例

应用清热解毒、活血化瘀法为主治疗14例紫癜性肾炎,其中轻型2例,肾炎型10例,肾炎肾病型2例。中医辨证多为血热型或血热夹瘀型。结果13例痊愈,1例好转;见效时间平均1.7月;平均随访1.58年未见复发。认为用清热活血法疗效满意。对轻型或肾炎型紫癜性肾炎单用中药治疗为好。

This paper reports 14 cases of Sch(?)nlein-Henoch nephritis aged 4-12 years treated with the method of "removing heat and activating blood".The average course of treatment was six months.According to the severity of disease,the patients were divided into three groups:1.mild,2 cases;2.nephritic syndrome,10 cases;3.nephritic-nephrotic syndrome,2 cases,13 patients showed apparent clinical recovering at the end of therapy.One patient clinically improved.Response to treatment usually became apparent after 0.75-3.25 months(average 1.7 months).14 patients were followed up for 0.42-2.8 years(average 1.58 years)without relapse.The result was encouraging.It may be concluded from our study that Chinese traditional medicine alone can treat mild cases and nephritic syndrome successfully.But for nephritic-nephrotic syndrome, immunosuppresive drugs administered in combination with Chinese traditional medicine give better result.
