自拟慢肝宁中草药方治疗慢性病毒性肝炎的临床观察

本文总结了使用自拟中草药方"慢肝宁"治疗慢性肝炎78例的临床、免疫、生化的观察结果。本组患者治疗后临床症状、体征、肝功能有明显好转,总有效率达70.5%,疗效与中医辨证各分型之间无显著差异(P>0.05),免疫指标治疗前后亦无明显改变。故我们认为用固定方治疗中医辨证各型慢性肝炎,以简化中医辨证施治的方法。具体病例可在此基础上再辨证加减,以进一步提高疗效。

英文摘要:

The clinical,immunological and serological features in 78 cases hospitalized for chronic virus hepatitis and treated with Man Gan Ning,are reported in this study.The cases were classified by TCM into three clinical types,Xu symptom,Shi symptom and Xu-Shi complex.symptom and they were treated with Man Gan Ning as the basic prescription according to our clinical experience by using one dose per day for over two months with an exception that not more than two other drugs were added to a few cases with respect to their specific symptoms and signs.The formula was composed of Radix Fici Simplicissmatis,Hedyotis diffusa,Mallotus Apelta,Radix Paeoniae Alba, and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. The symptoms,signs and liver functions showed an obvious improvement in 55 of 78 cases(70.5%).Statistically, there was no significant difference of therapeutic effect among the three types(P>0.05).It is suggested that this therapy is valuable in chronic virus hepatitis.
