| 用前瞻性方法对260例肺心病患者的治疗效果作了比较。住院观察中西医结合组明显优于单用西药组,两组在症状控制、体征改善、血气分析与肺功能改善、并发症及病死率等方面均有显著差异。门诊观察清肺汤组症状、体征改善优于西药组。实验及临床观察证明清肺汤具有显著的镇咳、抗组织胺、化痰及促进纤毛运动作用。 |

| A preliminary study was carried out in 260 cases of cor pulmonale to assess the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,including 140 cases of in-patients and 120 of out-patients. The in-patient cases were randomly divided into 2 groups:the TCM-WM group of 70 cases treated with Chinese herbal medicine Qing Fei decoction(清肺汤,QFD)and western medicine;the control group of 70 cases with western medicine only.A satisfactory result was manifested.There were noticeable differences between the 2 groups in respect of improvements of symptoms,signs,arterial blood gas analysis and lung function(P<0.05～0.01). Lower complication incidence and fatality rate were shown in TCM-WM group(P<0.05～0.01). The 120 out-patient cases were halved into the experimental group with QFD only and the control group with western medicine.It was found that the improvements of symptoms and signs in QFD group were better than those in the other(P<0.05～0.01).No significant changes between the 2 groups were found in lung function indicatrixes. Clinical and experimental observations proved that QFD showed remarkable efficacies in anticough(P<0.01), antihistamine(P<0.001),diluting sputum as an expectorant(P<0.01)and promoting ciliary movements of the ciliated epithelium. |
