| 对1983年夏季北京地区儿童流行性咽结合膜热患者354例进行了病原学研究,对该病的临床表现和体征加以阐述;根据病因、病史、发病季节以及临床证候特点采用中药治疗,取得了平均二天内退热的良好疗效。 |

| In the summer of 1983,pharyngoconjunctivitis was found widely spread among primary and middle school students in Beijing.The main symptoms were hyperpyrexia,eye pink and pharyngotonsillitis.After the testing of virus separation and serology,it was shown that the patients were infected with type 3 and 7 adenovirus.The virus was separated from swimming pool water,which was proved later to be the main medium of infection. According to the analysis of clinical examination data and diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,an effective therapy of traditional Chinese medicine with special scientific method of dosage was adopted. The patients were forbidden to eat greasy food.Before taking medicine,the patients took only hot porridge,later laying in bed with thick blanket.Subsequently,the patients would sweat,resulting in the lowering of body temperature and dampness.Then drinking sugar and saline water would compensate for the loss of body liquid and enhance urinal function.Additionally,rhubarb was taken according to the patients’ condition.Releasing from the illness of heat-toxicosis with sweating,urinating and excreting,the patients could be cured in about two days, |
