本研究在11名健康男性志愿者试用从大黄中提取的两种有效止血单体,即 d-儿茶素及没食子酸,以自身对照,比较用药前后止凝血机能指标的变化。结果证明两种单体能使 PAdT 及 PAgT 增高,故而可促进血小板的粘附和聚集功能,有利于血栓形成。两者尚可降低 AT-Ⅲ的活性;没食子酸还能增高α2-MG 含量,降低纤溶活性,这些均有利于促进血液凝固。两种单体对凝血机能指标无甚影响。 |

Two constituents:catechin and gallic acid extracted from Rhubarb have been tested with 18 indices in 11 normal vohmteers for the purpose of making clear the mechanism of their hemostatic effect.It has been found that both of them can enhance the functions of PAdT and PAgt,which is beneficial for thrombosis.Furthermore,these constituents can also reduce the activity of AT-Ⅲ and gallic acid is able to raise the level of α2-MG and slow down fibrinolytic process,which could promote blood coagulation and cause hemostasis. |
