本文报道了326例晚期胃癌术后用健脾益肾方剂有降低化疗毒副反应的功效,表现在提高完成化疗疗程率,改善全身状态、消化、造血以及部分免疫功能等方面。是一种降低化疗药物毒副反应的方剂,值得研究。

英文摘要:

This paper reports 326 cases of patients with advanced gastric carcinoma removed and chemotherapeuticals administered.They were treated with Jian Pi Yi Shen(invigorating the spleen and kidney)recipe so as to maintain normal functioning of the body,consolidate the constitution and reduce toxicity caused by chemotherapeuticals. The results indicate that Jian Pi Yi Shen recipe can bring the course by chemotherapy to completion and increase its cure rate,improve general condition,promote digestion and hemogenesis and raise capacity of the body.Thus it serves as an effective recipe to reduce toxicity reaction of chemotherapy.
