核听诊器及<sup>99m</sup>锝评价人参与复方人参注射液对老年心力衰竭影响的临床研究

本文用核听诊器及^99m锝法分别观测了人参与复方人参注射液对24例老年心力衰竭患者左心室功能的影响。结果表明,人参注射液对左室收缩与舒张功能各值并无明显影响,但可以升高动脉舒张压和减慢心率。复方人参注射液对左室收缩与舒张功能各值均有明显的升高作用,其中射血分数（EF）与高峰充盈率（PFR）分别由给药前的0.35±0.02、1.61±0.14（M±SE）,上升至药后30分钟的0.42±0.02、1.88±0.14（P<0.005）复方人参注射液也可减慢心率,但对动脉血压无明显影响。本文结果提示:复方人参注射液对老年心力衰竭左室功能有较好的改善作用,人参注射液的作用尚待进一步研究验证。

英文摘要:

The left ventricular function of 24 aged patients with heart failure were measured after intravenously-giving them 20ml of Ginseng Injection and Ginseng Co.Injection respectively,which equally contains 2g of crude Ginseng. The immediate effects of the above injections were comparatively studied by means of a computerized nuclear stethoscope.5% glucose 20ml given intravenously before medication was carried out in 14 cases,who then served as control themselves. The results showed that there Was no apparent change of the ejection fraction(EF),relative cardiac output (RCO)and stroke volume(SV)values of left ventricular systolic function,and the fast filling rate(FFR)and peak filling rate(PFR)of diastolic function after giving 5% glucose in the control group.The effects of Ginseng Injection on the above values were also insignificant.On the other hand,the Ginseng Co.Injection with equal amount of crude Ginseng evidently raised the EF,RCO and SV.The effectiveness could be detected 10 min.after medication and the peak response reached 20 min.later.Before medication,the EF value was 0.35±0.02(M±SE)and it was raised to 0.42±0.02 in 30 min.after medication(P<0.001).The Ginseng Co.Injection also elevated the FFR and PFR values of diastolic ventricular function markedly and continuously.It is also showed that the Ginseng Co.Injection probably strengthened the myocardial contraction,and thus improved the pump function of left ventricle.Ginseng Injection also raised the DBP,but showed no marked effects on SBP,while the Ginseng Co.Injection showed no marked effects on both SBP and DBP at all.Both injections lowered the heart rate. These results indicated the pharmacologic effects of Ginseng Co.Injection were more effective than those of Ginseng Injection in improving left ventricular function of aged heart failure patients. Symptom-complex differentiation of these 24 cases of aged heart failure patients has been carried out.The research showed that therapy with the differentiation of symptom-complex is of utmost importance.
