中西医结合治疗狼疮危象10例报告

本文用中西医结合方法治疗狼疮危象10例,并与西医治疗10例作对照。结果中西医结合组7例有效,西医组5例有效。危象缓解平均时间则分别为7天与15天。本文认为中西医结合治疗可以缩短病程,提高疗效。

英文摘要:

This paper reports 10 cases of lupus crisis treated with TCM and WM combined.Another I0 cases were treated with WM alone as control.In the first group,herb drugs were administered mainly to strengthen the patients’ resistance and prevent them from exhaustion（扶正固脱,Fuzheng Gutuo）and to save Yin and consolidate Yang（救阴敛阳,Jiuyin Lianyang）.Acupuncture and smaller doses of steroids were also used.In the second group,greater doses of steroids were mainly used.Therapeutic effects of these two groups were compared.The results were as follows:In the first group,7 cases improved,average remission time of crisis being 7 days;3 cases died.In the second group,5 cases impoved,average remission time of crisis being 15 days,5 cases died.In the 7 cases of the first group improved the laboratory findings(including erythrocyte sedimentation rate,Lupus erythematosus cell,antinuclear antibody,rheumatoid factor,immunoglobulin, complements(CH₅₀,C₃),anti DNA antibody,gamma golbulin,circulating immune complex,urine protein) were found much better than before,particularly,complements(CH₅₀,C₃),IgG and ESR（P <0.01）.Therefore,TCM-WM treatment of lupus crisis appeared to be more effective than WM treatment, and the side-effects of steroids weaker.
