| 446例慢性盆腔炎症患者,按中医辨证,分湿热瘀结和寒凝气滞两型,选具有活血化瘀、软坚散结,清热解毒、消积止痛之功能的妇炎康(Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号)治疗,有效率94.9%。为探讨其作用机理,进行了妇炎康对炎症、免疫、微循环及纤溶系统的影响、毒性试验、药物抑菌试验等实验研究,为临床提供理论依据。 |

| Since 1978,by using the TCM recipe"Fu Yan Kang(No.1 and No.2)"which possesses the function of "promoting the blood circulation to remove the blood stasis,softening and resolving the hard lumps, clearing up the toxic-heat,and removing the stagnation to relieve the pain",446 chronic pelvic inflammation patients were treated.The effective rate is 94.9%. Most of the patients suffered from lumbo-abdominal pain,leucorrhagia and sterility,etc.By pelvic cavital examination,cord in 199,thickened substance in 147,palpable mass in 71,and resistance in 29 patients were found.The cause of above diseases was related to menstruation,abortion,childbirth and inproper operation.In TCM terminology,the disease is caused by"damp-heat,stasis in uterus,blocking of the chanuel,and stagnation of Qi and blood",which results in impairment of Governor and Conception Vessel Meridian.They can be divided into two types according to syndrome differentiation in TCM:"Stasis of damp-heat"and"stagnation of cold and Qi".The former was mainly treated with"clearing up the heat and eliminating dampness",while the latter was treated with the principle of"dispelling cold by warming the middle burner". Pharmaco-toxieological study showed this preparation will inhibit the strengthening of the permeability of blood capillary;suppress the connective tissue bypplasia and exudation,and strengthen the activity of fibrinolysin. |
