皖贝与川贝临床疗效的比较研究

安徽贝母(皖贝)是具有止咳、祛痰、平喘作用的新药,临床与川贝对照观察治疗慢性支气管炎304例,结果证明:皖贝对控制慢性支气管炎的咳、痰、喘症状均有一定的近期疗效,皖贝与川贝,10天疗程的有效率:止咳为89.47%与91.30%,祛痰为89.8%与91.57%,平喘为73.14%与75%,总有效率为88.46%与88.52%,两药疗效无明显差异。

Anhui Beimu(贝母),abbreviated as Wanbei(皖贝)is a native preduct of Anhui Province. Taxonomically it is classified as a new species of Fritillaria Genus Liliaceae Familia.It possesses cough suppressing,sputum expectorating and wheezing alleviating effects.In Hefei,Beijing and Shanghai a comparative investigation on the therapeutic efficacy between Wanbei and Chuanbei(川贝,abbreviated name for Sichuan Beimu)was made on 304 chronic bronchitis patients.The patients were divided into two groups Wanbei and Chuanbei,and treated with 6 grams of crude drug daily,10 days were taken as a couse. Nearly 4 days after treatment the symptoms were controlled,and at 6～7th day the symptoms vanished at all.The clinical results show that Wanbei is an effective drug for these patients.Comparing Wanbei with Chuanbei,the effective rate to control symptoms such as suppressing the cough,expectorating the sputum and alleviating the wheezing were 89.47% and 91.30%,89.80% and 91.5%,73.14% and 75% respectively. The total effective rate for Wanbei is 88.46%,while for Chuanbei 88.52%.But there is no signift difference between the therapeutic efficacy of Wanbei and Chuanbei statistically(P>0.05). The alkaloid of Wanbei is responsible for its cough suppressing action,and its action of expoctorating sputum is due to saponin constituent through animal experiment.No toxic side effect was observed in clinical application.Therefore it is a good new drug for chronic bronchitis.
