金黄膏、黄连膏和玉红膏是临床常用的抗感染外用中药,用于不同类型的感染病灶,均具有祛邪扶正的作用。本文着眼巨噬细胞功能,探索其抗感染作用的途径。材料实验动物:选用津白一号小白鼠,鼠龄40～50天,体重18～20g。每次实验采用全部雄性或全部雌性小鼠。药液制备:金黄膏、黄连膏和玉红膏分别由10余

In order to probe the anti-infection effect of Chinese traditional ointment for external application,the authors studied macrophage immunization activated by ointments of Jin Huang(金黄)、Huang Lian(黄连) and Yu Hong(玉红)after the study of Sheng Ji(生肌)ointment.The experimental results indicated that these ointments had marked activation and phagocytosis as well as the ability to digest foreign body of peritoneal macrophages.It is higher than the control(P<0.001).Thus these ointments had similar good anti-infection effect though their properties and cases for their clinical application are different.The results of the study suggest that anti-infection effect of the Chinese traditional ointment for external application is different from antibiotics and western medicine for external application,since their chief action is not direct bacteriostasis but modulation and enhancement of the body’s immunization.
