新福甙总甙抗心律失常的临床动态心电图研究

本文采用了连续24小时动态心电图对24例心律失常患者进行治疗前后观察。结果:12例心肌炎后遗症患者单用新福甙总甙有效(P<0.001);8例单用新福甙总甙或慢心律均无效,(P>0.5);但两药合用后有效(P<0.001),4例用新福甙总甙无效者,多为冠心病并发并行心律。另有7例心肌炎后遗症患者用新福甙总甙治疗后,用国产梅花牌HLX-1盒式磁带录音机记录的均有效,t=6.34,P<0.001。新福甙总甙适用于心率增快的心律失常,对缓慢心率者慎用。

英文摘要:

Adonisidum is an extract of total glycosides of Adonis amarensis Regal et Radde.Its pharmacology and clinical application on premature beats had been reported but inconclusive due to lack of experimental research.The authors studied 24 cases suffering from refractory premature beats and treated by giving 0.1 adonisidum twice daily with simultaneous Holter’s monitoring.It was found that adonisidum was effective in 12 cases.The number of premature beats was 10495/24 hrs before the adonisidum treatment,and after one week of this treatment,the number lowered to 186/24 hrs(t=8.2093,P<0.001).In another group(8 cases), both adonisidum and mexiletine(0.3 thrice daily for one week)were found to be ineffective when they were used alone,the number of premature beats before and after the treatment were 16360,15506 and 15506, 14387/24 hrs respectively.But the number reduced significantly when they were used together,being 21593 and 169/24 hrs before and after the treatment(t=5.947,P<0.001).All 7 cases of myocarditis sequelae monitored with one hour recording Holter apparatus,were found to be responding well to adonisidum.This drug was also found to be ineffective in 4 cases of coronary heart disease with parasystole.As adonisidum has an action of lowering the heart rate,it is better indicated in patients suffering from premature beats with increased heart rate,and should be used cautiously in cases with decreased heart rate.
