      本文用放射配基结合分析法观察了滋阴药生地、龟板和助阳药附子、肉桂对甲状腺激素过多大鼠模型肾脏β-肾上腺素能受体最大结合容量和亲和力的影响,结果表明,用注射 T3的方法造成的甲状腺激素过多大鼠模型,其肾脏β-受体最大结合容量显著较正常组增加,生地、龟板能使之恢复正常,而附子,肉桂则使之进一步升高。正常模型及用药组间亲和力无明显差异。结合以往的研究结果,我们认为从分子水平调节β-受体的最大结合容量可能是某些滋阴药和助阳药的重要作用机理之一。
英文摘要:
      The effects of some Yin tonics(Rehmannia glutinosa and Plastrum testudinis)and Yang tonics(Aconitum carmichaeli and Cinnamomum cassia)on the beta-adrenergic receptors of kidney of rats with T3 injection-caused hyperthyroid were studied.The maximum binding capacity(RT)and dissociation constant(KD)were determined with 3H-DHA binding assays.The results were as follows:(1)The RT value of hyperthyroid rat kidney(89.5±4.1)was significantly higher than normal(73.2±2.4,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in KD values between the two groups.(2)By administration of Rehmannia and Plastrum,the RT of hyperthyroid rat was reduced to normal(75.4±3.3,P<0.01),while Aconitum and Cinnamomum further increased the RT value of the hyperthyroid rat(103.4±4.6,P<0.05).Both Rehmannia, Plastrum and Aconitum,Cinnamomum did not change the KD value of the hyperthyroid rat.(3)The measurements of the oxygen consumption rate were also coincided with the above results(control, hyperthyroid,hyperthyroid treated with Rehmannia and Plastrum and treated with Aconitum and Cinnamomum were 100%,149±6%,123±5% and 162±6% respectively) Combined with other studies we concluded tentatively that Yin tonics(Rehmannia and Plastrum)and Yang tonics(Aconitum and Cinnamomum)could regulate the RT value of beta-adrenergic receptors along the opposite directions in hyperthyroid rat kidneys,which may be one of the important mechanisms of Yin and Yang tonics.
