胶原病血瘀证的天然杀伤细胞、β<sub>2</sub>-微球蛋白及纤维蛋白结合素免疫实验的联合研究

本文选择天然杀伤（NK）细胞、β₂-微球蛋白（β₂-M）及纤维蛋白结合素（FN）等新一代免疫指标,对112例胶原病血瘀证进行检测,并按血瘀病情程度分成轻重二型,每型为56例（占50%）。测定结果表明:（1）NK 细胞活性,52例胶原病血瘀证患者与64例正常人对比有明显下降;（2）血清及尿β₂-M,64例胶原病血瘀证患者与40例正常人对比均有明显升高;（3）血浆 FN,51例胶原病血瘀证患者与60例正常人对比有明显升高。上述三项指标的异常情况与病情轻重程度成平行关系。研究结果表明,本组胶原病血瘀证与免疫代谢及免疫调节紊乱有着密切关系。

英文摘要:

For 112 patients with collagen diseases and blood stasis syndrome,including 60 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus,18 progressive systemic sclerosis,18 dermatomyositis or polymyositis,16 mixed connective tissue disease were examined for 3 new indices of immunity:NK（natural killer cell）,β₂-M （β₂-Microglobulin）and FN（fibronectin）.According to the level of blood stasis,the patients were divided into groups of mild or severe form with 56 cases in each group.The results demonstrated:（1）The activity of NK in 52 patients was significantly decreased as compared with the control（64 healthy persons）.（2） Comparing with the control（40 healthy persons）,serum and urine β₂-M in 64 patients were markedly increased.（3）Plasma FN in 51 patients was also significantly elevated in comparison with the control（60 healthy persons）.The abnormality of these 3 indices was parallel to the severity of the disease.So it was suggested that collagen disease with blood stasis syndrome was closely related with dysfunction of the metabolism and regulation of immunity.
