| 本文报告以异丙基肾上腺素负荷下淋巴细胞内 cAMP 水平变化反映β受体功能的方法,观察到哮喘患者病程越长,病情越重,用药量越大,β受体功能越低。在温阳片获效的同时,伴有β受体功能改善。若单纯测定血浆或淋邑细胞内 cAMP 水平则对哮喘疗效观察并无重要意义。温阳片使β受体功能改善除与病情好转、用药量减少有关外,还可能与其调节内分泌和免疫功能的作用有关。 |

| It was reported here that the human peripheral blood lymphocytes stimulated with isoprenaline in vitro could be a model to indicate the β-adrenergic receptor function of asthmatics depending on the varieties of intracellular cAMP level,which correlated with the degree of attacks,the duration of courses and the amount of dosages in asthmatics.The use of this method has revealed that the β-adrenergic receptor function of controls with the stimulating rates of intracellular cAMP was from 122.9±6.1%(M±SE)to 104.9±6.5%(P<0.05)pre-and post-treatment in the attack season,whereas those of Wen Yang Pill(WYP) group was from 136.1±9.7% to 141.9±9.4% before and after treatment,the latter being significantly higher than the controls(P<0.01).The results indicated that WYP could protect or promote the β-adrenergic receptor function,so that it could prevent the seasonal attack of asthma.Combined with the results of the endocrinologicat and immunological study in asthmatics,we suggested that WYP possibly affected the nervous-endocrine-immune net via hypothalamus to adjust the β-adrenergic receptor function. |
