糖尿病周围神经病变的中医药治疗——附13例临床疗效分析

对已应用西药久治无效的13例Ⅱ型糖尿病合并周围神经病变的老年患者,加用养阴清热、活血通络之中药治疗4.5～5个月,对比中药治疗前后的症状、体征和周围运动神经传导速度(MNCV),在症状、体征有明显改善的同时,尺神经 MNCV(m/s)由治疗前16.95±5.26(左)和18.31±4.97(右)分别提高为23.52±3.97(左)和24.85±1.88(右),P<0.01。提示中药对本病变确有一定疗效。

英文摘要:

This article reports clinical observations on 13 cases of diabetes type Ⅱ complicated with peripheral nervous features and treated with western medicine and long-term dietary control,but without any improvement in peripheral nervous symptom.The patients reported here have been pretreated with the above-mentioned therapy in vain and then additional treatment with the drugs of"nourishing the Yin, clearing up the heat,promoting the blood circulation,invigorating the collaterals and removing the phlegm" for four to five months was used.After that,their peripheral nervous symptoms and signs improved significantly,the blood sugar decreased as well.What was more,the MNCV of the upper limb obviously increased eventually.
