| 本文工作表明:补气药党参水煎醇沉剂对大鼠三种胃溃疡模型(应激型、幽门结扎型、慢性乙酸型)具有预防、保护和促进愈合作用;能明显抑制整体大鼠胃分泌活动及胃运动;对离体豚鼠回肠制备显示拮抗乙酰胆碱的作用;能防止应激所致大鼠胃粘膜内组织胺含量的下降。上述结果说明党参通过影响胃的多种机能产生其抗溃疡效应。 |

| The effects of Radix Codonopsis pilosula（CP）,one of the Qi（气）tonics,on the development of experimcntal gastric ulcers were studied.A preparation of water decoction and alcohol precipitation was used.It was found that administered either orally or intraduodenally CP（40 g/kg）showed a marked inhibitory activity on pylorus-ligation,stress-,and acetic-acid induced gastric ulcer.Basal and various stimuli-promoted gastric secretions in rats with pylorus-ligated for 5 hours were significantly inhibited by CP （20 g/kg,intraduodenally）.An analysis of gastric contents indicated a decreased volume,acid output and pepsin output.Normal gastric peristalses promoted by neostigmine in intact rats were also inhibited by CP （3～12 g/kg,intravenously）in a dose-related manner.It（0.02～0.16 g/ml）also showed an antagonism to acetylcholine(2×10-6g/ml)in isolated guinea pig ileum preparation.In addition,the decrease of the amount of histamine in gastric tissue of stress-induced rats was prevented by CP（40 g/kg,orally）too.These data suggested that part of the effects of replenishing the Qi presented by CP is likely to be its pharmacologic effects on the Gi tracts,by which its anti-ulcer effects occurred. |
