本文研究了按压至阳穴缓解心绞痛的效果,其缓解率为97.5%,效果可重复。起效时间多数为5～10秒(s),有效作用持续时间为20～25分钟(m),预防性按压可防止心绞痛发作。对其作用机理,从经穴作用和内脏一植物神经反射两方面进行了讨论。

It was repeated to press 120 times on Zhiyang point in 40 patients with acute anginal attacks.In 14 of them,tests which may induce anginal attack had been done.16 patients with non-cardiac precordial or chest pain were taken as the control group.Results:(1)In 39 patients(97.5%)acute anginal attacks were completely relieved;(2)In 69.2% of the patients acute anginal attacks were relieved within 10 seconds;(3) The duration of effect was 20～25 minutes with sustained pressing on Zhiyang point for 3～6 minutes;(4) Repetition of this procedure would still be effective;(5)Before the angina-inducing test,pressing of the Zhiyang point may prevent the fit.In 40 patients with anginal attacks nitroglycerin was used sublingually,35 (87.5%)of them were relieved completely,5(12.5%)got partial remission.The rate of anginal pain relief in acupressure and nitroglycerin were 97.5% and 100% respectively.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).While in the control group,the rate of pain relief with pressing on Zhiyang point and taking nitroglycerin were 31.2% and 25% respectively.The difference was also statistically insignificant (P>0.05).This study indicated that to relieve the acute anginal attack with acupressure on Zhiyang point is a rapid,effective,simple and safe method.
