中文摘要:

经对56例乳腺增生症患者,于月经周期中卵泡期、排卵期及黄体期分别测定 E₂、P、T、FSH、LH、PRL 后认为,排卵期 E₂水平低下是发病的主要因素。27例用"乳块消"（红白包冲剂）治疗,分别在月经前期与后期时使用,明显提高了排卵期的 E₂水平（P<0.02）,止痛率达96.30%,消块有效率达85.19%,而且起到了较满意的调经作用。

英文摘要:

A traditional Chinese medicine,Ru Kuai Xiao（remove the mastoplasia）,and the etiology of mastoplasia were presented in this article.The low level of estradiol on the 13th day of menstrual cycle was the most important pathogenic factor which was documented in 56 patients for three times of hormone determination in one cycle.The other items,such as progesterone,testosterone,FSH,LH,and PRL,did not display anomaly statistically.27 of them have received these examinations before and after the treatment of Ru Kuai Xiao.It is a granule,orally taken,and was divided into two kinds of package,the red package and the white one.The red package should be taken at the 5th day in menstrual cycle for 10 days,and then the white one in turn for 14 days,these constituted one course of treatment.And it was necessary to treat continuously for 2～3 months.The remedy raised the level of E₂ on the 13th day of menstrual cycle,which was significantly higher than before,P<0.02.It was also effective for both mammalgia（96.30%）and mammary tumour（85.19%）.Because of its function for adjusting hormonal secretion,those patients suffered from menoxenia and menorrhalgia were nearly relieved from the complaints.
