本文观察用肾上腺素加冷刺激造成大鼠"血瘀"模型后,红细胞表面形态、渗透脆性、膜脂区微粘度的变化,并和老年大鼠就以上各项指标进行对比。结果表明:模型大鼠异常红细胞增多,膜渗透脆性、膜微粘度升高,老年大鼠红细胞出现类似变化。文章对红细胞膜以上性质的变化在形成"血瘀"中的作用以及老化过程中出现的类似现象进行了讨论。 |

This paper reports the surface structure and osmotic fragility and microviscosity of erythrocyte membrane of rat blood stasis model,which was formed after injecting adrenaline and cold stimulation.The experimental results showed:(1)Rate of abnormal cells of model rat(36.5%)was higher than that of control (6.5%)by scanning electronmicroscope.(2)The osmotic fragility of model rat was higher than that of control,which was nearer to the old rats.(3)The microviscosity of erythrocyte membrane of model rat was also higher than that of control and approached that of old rats.The changes of function caused by the abovementioned abnormalities were discussed. |
