| 本文报告40例哮喘患儿、中医辨证属肺、脾气虚证,其中20例于发作时测定周围血白细胞糖皮质激素受体水平、血浆 cAMP 含量、cAMP/cGMP 比值,分别为5610±2790位点/细胞、12.96±4.36pmol/ml、3.09±1.13,均较健康儿童显著降低。经扶正固本法治疗后缓解的20例,周围血白细胞糖皮质激素受体水平、cAMP/cGMP 比值分别为8550±2085位点/细胞、5.10±2.61。发作时与治疗后缓解对比。差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结果提示扶正固本法具有调节机体糖皮质激素受体水平和 cAMP/cGMP 的作用。 |

| This paper reports the treatment of 40 children suffering from bronchial asthma.Among them the levels of glucocorticoid receptor(GCR)in leucocytes and the plasma cAMP,and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP were evidently lower than those of healthy children,P<0.01～0.05.Following the treatment of the"Fuzheng Guben"principle,20 of the 40 cases were remitted.At the same time the GCR and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP increased evidently and tended,to normalize.This suggests that the substantial foundation of both the Lung and Spleen deficiency syndrome depends on the levels of the GCR and the plasma cyclic nucleotide and the rati6 of cAMP/cGMP.It is held that the"Fuzheng Guben"principle may possess the function of modulating GCR and the ratio of.cAMP/cGMP,while treating both the Lung and Spleen deficiency syndromes with this therapy. |
