中文摘要:

本文报告对170例肝阳上亢证患者进行多项指标实验研究,结果支持此类证候的主要病理生理基础是外周交惑—肾上腺髓质功能偏亢。表现为（1）植物神经功能紊乱,交感亢进占69.8%;（2）反映外周交感—肾上腺髓质功能的尿 CA、NE、TMN 含量均增高;（3）血浆 cAMP、cGMP 升高;（4）血浆 TXB₂、6-K-PGF₁a 含量增高;（5）红细胞内ATP、ADP、NADP 含量增高。本文还就辨证标准代和指标特异性进行了讨论。

英文摘要:

The clinical manifestations of Liver Yang Exuberance Syndrome（LYES）are dizziness,head- ache,irritation,flushed face and taut pulse,which have been often seen in cases of hypertension, hyperthyroidism and climacteric syndrome.Our experimental results showed that the LYES has a feature of hypertonicity of sympathetico-adrenomedullary system.（1）67 out of 96 cases（69.8%）were found to have hyperfunction of sympathetic nerves in systematic analysis of vegetative nervous function.（2）The urinary levels of CA（μg/24h）,NE（μg/24h）,TMN（mg/24h）,were significantly increased in the LYES group （45.24±10.40, 27.72±10.06,3.00±2.41）as compared with the normal control group（28.41±7.07,16.75±6.09,0.69±0.30）.（3）The concentrations（pmol/ml）of plasma cAMP, cGMP in the LYES group were 23.89±6.14 and 11.77±4.91 respectively,much higher than those in the normal control group（19.59±6.05,5.31±2.25）.（4）The plasma levels（pg/ml）of TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF1α in the LYES group（314.27±15.35 and 165.71±6.78）increased significantly,as compar- ed with the control group（188.17±6.28 and 142.78±5.98）.（5）The values（μmol/g Hb）of ATP,ADP, NADP in erythrocytes were significantly increased in the LYES group（5.89±1.90,1.06±0.30,0.13± 0.08）as compared with the normal control group（4.50±0.66,0.75±0.13,0.07±0.03）.After treatment with the TCM of Pinggan Qianyang（平肝潜阳,subdue hyperfunction of the Liver and check exuber- ant Yang）,the laboratory results of the patients got markedly improved with the improvement of their symptoms.
