脾虚证患者胃窦G细胞体视学定量分析

中文摘要:

本文通过免疫细胞化学及体视学定量分析方法,观察89例脾虚证患者胃窦G细胞变化,与空腹血清胃泌素含量进行相关分析。结果发现,脾虚气滞型患者胃窦 G 细胞数密度及空腹血清胃泌素含量明显高于脾胃气虚组和正常对照组(P<0.01～0.001);胃窦 G 细胞数目与空腹血清胃泌素含量呈显著正相关(r=0.40,P<0.01)。提示:胃窦 G 细胞增生及其分泌功能亢进可能是形成脾虚不同证型的病理学机制之一。

In this paper,89 Spleen deficiency(SD)patients’gastric mucosa specimens obtained during fibrogastroscopical mucosal biopsy were observed with immunocytochemical-stereologic- quantitative analysis method.The number of G cells counted and the content of basic gastrin in serum measured.This study found that the difference of the number of G cells and the content of gastrin in serum possessed statistical significance between two types of SD.The results suggested the hyperplasia and hypersecretiun of G cells in gastric antrum might be an important pathological mechanism for different types of SD.
