慢性肝炎及肝硬化辨证分型与内分泌激素关系的探讨

对27例实证和61例虚证慢性肝炎及肝硬化患者睾酮（Tes）、醛固酮（ALD）、皮质醇、胰岛素（INS）、胰高糖素（GR）、胃泌素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T₃）、甲状腺激素（T₄）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）的检测结果表明,中医辨证分型和内分泌激素有明显的相关性。虚证组患者 Tes、T₃、T₄、TSH、胃泌素水平明显降低,和对照组及实证组比较差异显著（P<0.01,P<0.05）,实证组 T₄胃泌索升高,和虚证组及对照组比较差异均非常显著（P<0.01）,虚证组和实证组 ALD、皮质醇、INS、GR 等比较,也有显著差异（P<0.05）。认为可以把 Tes、T₃、T₄、ALD、皮质醇、INS、GR、胃泌素等内分泌激素作为慢性肝炎及肝硬化辨证的客观化指标之一。

英文摘要:

In order to investigate the objective index of the type of differentiation of symptoms and signs between chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis,the levels of serum Tes,ALD,HCT.INS,GR,gastrin,T₃, T₄,TSH were tested in the chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis of 27 cases of sthenia-syndrome and 61 cases of asthenia-syndrome.Meanwhile,30 cases of healthy people were taken as the control.The results indicated that the levels of serum Tes,T₃,T₄,gastrin in the group of asthenia-syndrome（P< 0.01,P<0.05）.The levels of serum T,and gastrin were increased in the group of sthenia-syndrome than in the groups of asthenia-syndrome and control（P<0.01）.The levels of serum ALT.HCT,INS, and GR were significantly different between the group of asthenia-syndrome and that of sthenia- syndrome.This suggests that clinic symptoms were concerned with the level of serum endocrine on chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis,such as the function ot genital,thyroid,adrenal gland and pancrease. The observation of the levels of serum Tes,T₃,T₄,ALT,INS,GR,and gastrin may be an objective index to differentiate the chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis.
