丹参对异丙肾上腺素引起大白鼠心室纤颤的防治作用

中文摘要:

雄性大白鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO,1mg/kg 或5mg/kg)作为实验性心室纤颤(VF)动物模型。对照组动物于注射 ISO 之后全部发生 VF,其中96%死亡,4%恢复正常。麻醉的或不麻醉的动物腹腔注射丹参水提物(SM-H)5g 生药/kg 预防30分钟,能够明显地缩小 J-点的位移,防止或减少 VF 的发生及由于 VF 引起的死亡数,显著地提高大白鼠的存活率(P<0.05)。发生 VF 的大白鼠,立即静脉注射 SM-H(5g 生药/kg),其中71%能短暂地恢复窦性心律,说明 SM-H 对 VF 有一定的预防及治疗作用,并能显著地延长 VF 动物的存活时间(P<0.05)。

Chinese Medicinal Material Research Centre,the Chinese University of Hong Kong Acute fatal ventricular fibrillation (VF) in male Sprague-Dawley rats was induced.by subcutane- ous injection of isoproterenol (1 mg or 5 mq/kg body weight) to two ,groups of rats of different body weights (525±21 g or 387±11g) respectively.VF occurred in all control rats resulting in 96% death with only 4% spontaneously reverted and survived.Pretreatment of animals,with or without pentobarbital anaesthesia,with an aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhza (SM-H,i.p.,5 g herb/kg body weight) significantly reduced J-point displacement and VF induced by isoproterenol.Survival rate Was significantly raised compared with the control(P<0.05).Immediate intravenous injection of SM-H(5 g herb/kg body weight) to poisoned rats which developed VF caused 71% of them to recover temporarily their sinus rhvthm and significantlv prolonged their survival time (P<0.05).
