采用安慰剂平行双盲对照法,以气道反应性为主要考核指标,观察敷贴-脉冲疗法治疗184例支气管哮喘患者的疗效。结果表明,治疗组的气道反应性明显改善(治疗前:11.25±0.99,治疗后:20.24±1.29。P<0.001);对照组气道反应性无显著变化(治疗前:10.85±1.17;治疗后:8.53±1.89,P>0.05);治疗组和对照组的气道反应性变化有显著差异(P<0.001);两组治疗后的临床疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.001),证实敷贴-脉冲疗法对支气管哮喘是一种安全有效的防治方法。

英文摘要:

The authors observed the effect of application-impulse stimulation treatment on 184 patients with asthma, using the main index of airway’s reactivity, in a randomized, double-blind, placebo- controlled parallel study. The airway’s reactivity of the treated group got improved significantly (P<0.001), but that of the control group was not changed sharply (P>0.05). The airway’s reactivity and clinical effect between the groups have significant meaning (P<0.001, P<0:001), The result suggests that application-impulse stimulation treatment is a safe and effective method for preventing and treating asthma.
