大承气汤治疗严重创伤呼吸窘迫综合征的实验与临床研究

本文报道用油酸复制家兔呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)模型,灌入大承气汤后测定动脉血氧分压,观察肺组织病变。结果表明,大承气汤对家兔呼吸窘迫综合征有提高动脉血氧分压和改善肺组织病变的作用,为临床治疗呼吸窘迫综合征提供了实验依据。用大承气汤治疗严重创伤呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)12例,结果10例疗效满意。证实大承气汤治疗严重创伤呼吸窘迫综合征疗效肯定。

英文摘要:

12 cases of post-traumatic RDS treated with Dachengqi Decoction were reported. Results: 10patients survived, which showed a bright prospect for the treatment of post-traumatic RDS. In theexperimental study, model, of RDS was set up in rabbits. The pressure of PaO₂ was determined andthe morphologic changes of their lung tissues was observed after the rabbits were perfused withDachengqi Decoction. The results showed that their PaO₂ were markedly increased and lungconditions greatly improved, which provided an experimental basis for RDS with DachengqiDecoction. Among 12 cases; nine were moderate cases and three serious ones. Durng the course oftreatment with Dachengqi Decoction, two patients died, covering only 16.6% of the total number ofpatients. This fact confirms the efficacy of Dachengqi Decoction in treating the post-traumatic RDS.
