益气活血中药对体内凝血过程的影响

采用血栓弹力图(TEG)实验、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、白陶土部分凝血时间为观察指标,观察气血液等对冠心病患者的作用。结果,静脉滴注20ml气血液后,TEG的r、k、e、值都有所变小。ma值有所增大,其中k值与ma值的变化有统计学差异(P<0.02,P<0.05);静脉滴注20ml参芪液后除r值有缩短趋势,其它各值无显著变化;静脉滴注丹参液20ml后TEG的r值有缩短趋势,k值明显缩短P<0.05,其它各值呈增大趋势。静脉滴注20ml或40ml气血液对凝血酶原时间的影响不一致,前者呈缩短趋势,后者显著延长。提示不同制剂甚至相同制剂不同剂量,对冠心病患者凝血过程会产生不同的甚或相反的影响。

英文摘要:

YiQi HuoXue (YQHX) therapy is one of the most widely used treatments to deal with the coronary heart disease (CHD). This paper stressed on study the effects of YQHX therapy on bloodcoagulation process in vivo. The effects of several TCM preparations on CHD patients were observedby thromboelastography (TEG), prothrombin time, etc. After giving various preparations 20mlintravenously, the results of TEG showed that the values of r, k, c, l were decreaased and maincreased-by QiXue injection(气血注射液), the differences of k and ma were significant; whilc nosignificant change by Shen Qi injection(参芪注射液) and the k value was significantly reduced byDanShen injection(丹参注射液). The results of prothrombin time whith QiXue injection showeddistinct dose-dependent effects, it shortened with 20ml and significantely lengthened with 40ml. Thisresults suggested that there was complicated effects of different YQHX preparations as well as ofdifferent dosages.
