      在链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致的实验性糖尿病大鼠体内,其心肌和红细胞的过氧化脂质(LPO)含量均较正常对照组为高,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性则较正常对照组为低。中药人参不仅可以降低糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖,而且可以降低其心肌和红细胞的LPO含量,提高SOD的活性,从而减轻自由基对大鼠心肌和红细胞所造成的过氧化损伤。本文还就人参抗实验性糖尿病大鼠心肌和红细胞脂质过氧化损伤的可能机制,进行了探讨。
英文摘要:
      We have investigated the effect of ginseng on antiperoxidation in myocardium and erythrocytesof streptozocin-induced diabetic rats. In the group of ginseng administration (ginseng solution 0.2g/200g/day, lasting 15--16 days), there was a significant decrease in the level of fasting blood-glucoseand lipid peroxide (LPO) in myocardium and erythrocytes, in comparing with that of model group,P<0.05. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in myocardium and erythrocytes in group ofginseng administration was increased, P<0.05, compared with that of model group and vitamin Etreatment group. The mechanisms of antiperoxidation effect of ginseng might include the following:① By lowering the level of fasting blood-glucose, decreasing the rate of monosaccharideauto-oxidation and partially. protecting the production of free radicals; ② Elevating the activity ofenzymatic free radicals scavenger in cells, such as SOD; ③ Directly eliminating the superfluous freeradicals.
