本实验观察了降糖通脉宁对四氧嘧啶造模的糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖、血清抗坏血酸自由基、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及心、肾组织的自由基(O2)的影响;并与降糖甲片、维生素E组对照。结果降糖通脉宁有明显降低血糖(P<0.01),恢复体重(P<0.05)、降低血清抗坏血酸自由基(P<0.01)、LPO含量(P<0.01)及提高血清SOD活性的作用(P<0.05),且具有较强的降低心、肾组织中O2的作用(P<0.05)。在组织的电子自旋共振(ESR)谱的S峰与T峰之间首次发现W波型,此波型与铁-钼-黄素蛋白的特有波型极为相似,且W波的A值与其对应的G值呈正相关关系。 |

The effect of Jiang Tang Tong Mai Ning treatment on body weight, the level of blood sugar, theserum ascorbyl radical, SOD activity, LPO level and peroxidic radical (O2-) of heart and kidneytissue in alloxan induced diabetic rats were observed. The results were also compared with that ofJiang Tang Jia Pian (降糖甲片) and vitamin E treated groups, which showed that the level of bloodsugar, the level of serum ascorbyl radical, the concentration of LPO and peroxidic radical (O2-) ofmyocardium and kidney tissue decreased significantly respectively (P<0.01, 0.01, 0.01, 0.05), and thebody weight, SOD activity increased obviously after the treatment (P<0.05). For the first time, aW-wave between S-peak and T-peak of ESR spectrum in the tissue of rat, which is similar to theform of Fe-Mo-flavoprotein has been observed in this investigation. a positive correlation appearsto exist between A value gnd the corresponding G value of W-wave |
