| 本文将115例中风后遗症患者半随机分为治疗组(自血光量子充氧合补阳还五汤)、对照A组(自血光量子疗法)、对照B组(常规治疗),按"脑卒中临床研究工作的建议"标准,临床疗效进行治疗前后评分、血液流变学及甲皱微循环变化观察。结果表明,治疗组有效率与对照A组、B组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其血液流变学及甲皱微循环改变也存在非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。认为通过迅速提高、激化患者机体能量,促使自身机体康复能力的增强是治疗中风后遗症的关键。 |

| An effective therapy in treating sequela of apoplexy (SA) was reported, 115 patients weredivided semi-randomly into three groups: group T for treatment, both group A and B for control.Patients in group T received Photosensitized Oxidation Auto-Hemotherapy (POAH) with BuyangHuanwu Tang therapy, group A received POAH only, while in group B, conventional treatment wereconducted. Clinical data were collected based on pre-and post-treatmental qualified proceduresaccording to "The Advices For Clinical Study on Apoplexy", complemented by hemorheologicfindings and examination of nail fold microcirculation. The results showed that there was significantdifference between group T and group A or B (P<0.05), among them, the effective rate in group Twas 78.5%.
