加味炙甘草汤注射液对大鼠实验性心律失常的防治作用

加味炙甘草汤注射液预防组与生理盐水组比较可使乌头碱所致室早性早搏（PVCs）和室性心动过速（VT）发生率明显降低（P<0.01）。使氯化钙（CaCl₂）所致PVCs和VT发生率显著降低,P值分别小于0.01和0.05。其出现时间明显推迟,P值分别小于0.05和0.01。窦性心律恢复时间明显提前（P<0.01）,复律率显著提高（P<0.05）。治疗组与生理盐水组比较,首次给药窦性心律短时转复率有显著差异（P<0.01）,3次给药后窦性心律转复率明显提高（P<0.01）,表明加味炙甘草汤注射液有很好的抗乌头碱和CaCl₂所致室性心律失常的作用。

英文摘要:

The antiarrhythmic effect of Jiawei Zhigancao Tang injection （JZTI） was studied in experimen-tal arrhythmia induced by aconitine or by CaCl₂ in anesthetized rats. The prophylactic dose of JZTI（5g/kg, iv.） reduced the incidence rate of premature ventricular complexes, ventricular tachycardia（P<0.01）, delayed the onset time of arrhythmia induced by CaCl₂ （P<0.01）, and the recovery timeof sinus rhythm occurred earlier than that of control group （P<0.01）. The therapeutic dose of JZTI（10g/kg, iv.） raised the rate of aconitine-indued arrhythmia to sinus rhythm conversion （P<0.05）.The results showed that JZTI could significantly antagonize arrhythmia induced by aconitine or byCacl₂ in rats.
