| 据285篇口服中草药后不超过30min就出现中毒现象的报告,其中110篇涉及52种中草药,不超过10min。推测这些药物口服后,可能在更短时间内吸收其有关成份达到有效水平。分段结扎实验动物的上消化道,利用化学、药理手段证明:大黄、黄连、藜芦的主要药效成份以及乌头碱都可在食道、胃内吸收;食道、胃内吸收生理盐水的能力,约与25～30cm十二指肠吸收能力相当。推论:食道和胃对中草药某些成分的吸收能力,可能具有较普遍的意义,不仅仅是对个别中草药成分才吸收。中药传统制剂口服有可能较短时间内主要药效成分达到有效水平。 |

| 285 reports on the intoxication of Chinese herbal medicine per os were reviewed. The toxicsymptoms occurred after oral administration for less than 10 min in about 110 reports. Somecomponents of these herbal medicines might be absorbed and then reach effective level more rapidly.By segmental ligation of GI tract, experiments in rabbits, cats, rats or mice were conducted, in whichprincipal ingredients of Rheum palmatum, Coptis chinensis, Veratrum nigrum, and aconitine wereabsorbed in esophagus or stomach within short period of time was observed. It suggested that theabsorptive capacity of upper GI tract might have universal significance. The treatment of acutediseases by oral administration of Chinese herbal medicines is feasible. |
