      通过对45例慢性肾炎患者及42例健康人的对比观察发现,慢性肾炎患者过氧化脂质(LPO)升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低,同时微量元素Zn、Cu、Se均明显低下。而运用清利湿热法后,LPO、SOD、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性等指标均有明显改善,Zn、Cu、Se也较治疗前升高,由此推论自由基损伤是慢性肾炎普遍的发病机理,抗自由基损伤是清利湿热法治疗慢性肾炎的机理之一。
英文摘要:
      A clinical trial to evaluate the method of removing Heat and eliminating Dampness (RHED)with febrifugal and diuretic medicinal herbs in treating chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) patientswas conducted. 45 cases of CGN were compared with 42 cases of healthy persons as control. Theresults showed that CGN patient’s serum levels of lipid peroxide (LPO) increased, superoxidedismutase (SOD) and trace elements such as Zn, Cu, Se dropped down. After treatment with RHEDthe activity of LPO, SOD, catalase (CAT) revealed significant improvement. Serum levels of Zn, Cu,Se increased. It was considered that free radical damage was a general mechahisms of CGN andanti-free radical damage with RHED might play an important role in treatment.
