| 将80例肾气虚血瘀型高血压病患者分为中药治疗组和西药对照组进行治疗研究。中药治疗组50例用仙柏补阳还五汤治疗;西药对照组30例用复方降压片加γ-月见草-E胶丸治疗。结果表明两组降压作用无明显差异;但仙柏补阳还五汤降低S-Ch、S-TG,改善血液流变学,增高血液SODA及降低血液LPO的作用优于西药对照组。显示仙柏补阳还五汤具有降压、隆脂作用,同时具有抗氧化作用。 |

| 80 patients of presenium hypertension with geriatric Kidney Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis wererandomly divided into two groups. (1) Traditional Chinese Medicine group (TCMG, 50 cases) treatedwith Xianbai Buyang Huanwu Decoction (XBH); (2) Western medicine group (WMG, 30 cases)treated with compound hypotensor tablets and γ-evening primrose-E oil capsules. Results: Thedifference between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05). After treatment, in TCMG, serumcholesterol and triglyceride, fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity, plasma anderthrocyte LPO activity lowered significantly, and plasma SOD and erythrocyte SOD raised signifi-cantly (P< 0.001-0.05), while in WMG, only showed the plasma LPO dropped (P< 0.05). The resultssuggested that XBH has the effects of reducing blood pressure, lowering the blood lipid, improvinghemorrheological parameters and antioxidation. |
