      采用中药急性肾炎合剂治疗小儿急性肾炎33例,并与西药组31例和正常组34例对比。结果显示急性肾炎脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与正常组比较有非常显著差异(P<0.001),而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)则无差异(P>0.5)。经治疗后LPO降低,GSH-Px增高(P<0.001),且中药组疗效优于西药组(P<0.05)。提示本方具有较强的抗自由基作用。患儿前列腺素稳定代谢产物6-K-PGF2降低,TXB2升高,TXB2/6-K-PGF1比值升高,与正常组比均有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。治疗后TXB2下降(P<0.01),6-K-PGF升高(P<0.05),TXB2/6-K-PGF下降(P<0.01),且中药组疗效优于西药组(P<0.01);另外中药组患儿血尿和蛋白尿阴转率明显优于西药组(P<0.005)。

      33 cases of acute glomerulonephritis treated with Ji Shen Mixture (JSM) were studied with 31cases treated with Western medical therapy (WM) for comparison and 34 healthy subjects ascontrols. The levels of lipo-peroxide (LPO), glutathione peroxidase (GSH--Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD), theromboxane B2 (TXB2), 6-keto-PGF1α and TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α ratio were examinedbefore and after tfeatffient. Compared with healthy controls, the levels of LPO, TXB2 TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α of patients increased and that of GSH-Px, 6-keto-PGF1αdecreased significantly,whereas SOD activity had no significant difference. After treatment, the level of LPO reduced andGSH-Px activities raised significantly, but the effect of JSM group was better than that of WMgroup. It indicated that JSM was more effective in clearing the free radicals. The TXB2, TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α dropped and 6-keto-PGF1α elevated significantly after treatment, the effects of JSMwer markedly better than those of WM. Furthermore, JSM was more potent in raising the clearingrate of hematuria and Proteinuria.
