| 将１０９例高血压病患者随机分为两组，中药组用９０大圣降压口服液，对照组用硝苯吡啶。结果：中药组临床有效率与降压作用与对照组比较均无显著性差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）；但中药组在改善微循环、降低动脉硬化指数方面有效，且在降低血脂、提高高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）方面，明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。实验研究表明：中药组能有效地降低易卒中自发性高血压大白鼠（ＳＨＲＳＰ）的血压，提高小鼠耐缺氧的能力。临床和毒理试验均证实９０大圣降压口服液无毒性、无副作用，为该药用于预防和治疗高血压病提供了客观依据。 |

| cases of hypertension patients were divided into two groups at random.No.90 Dasheng Jiangya(DSJY) oral liquid was administered to the TCM group,while nifedipine to the control.Results:The level of hypertension was lowered in both TCM and control groups.The effective rates of which were 92.3o/o and 94.7o/o respectively.No significant difference was seen between them(P>0.05).The TCM groups has an advantage of decreasing blood-lipid, increasing high density lipoprotein,improving microcirculation and reducing the atherogenic index as well.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05 or 0.01).Animal studies have shown that TCM groups has effect in decreasing blood pressure of the spontaneously hypertensive rat,and in rising of anoxia tolerance in mice.Both clinical and toxicological tests showed that this drug was nontoxic with no marked side-effects.Therefore this paper provides a basis for use of No.90 Dasheng Jiangya oral liquid in preventing and treating hypertension. |
