| 通过临床与实验研究观察到，在服用健忆口服液一定时间后，学习与记忆功能均有明显改善，同时老年人血浆与老年鼠脑内去甲肾上腺素（ＮＡ）、多巴胺（ＤＡ）、５－羟色胺（５－ＨＴ）、环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）及红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）均增高，与服药前或与对照组相比有显著性差异。推测中药健忆口服液有提高衰老机体单胺类神经递质与环核苷酸的作用，并能提高红细胞ＳＯＤ水平，改善脑功能，提高清除自由基的能力，增强机体的适应性，直接或间接地提高了学习记忆能力。 |

| The effect of Jianyi oral liquid(JYOL) in improving learning and memory of the aged was investigated in this study.The results showed that the learning and memory of the aged subjects and mice was improved after taking JYOL,the level of noradrenaline(NA),dopamine(DA), 5hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) in plasma of aged subjects and brain of aged mice and the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in red blood cells of both aged person and mice were significantly higher than those of premedication or control respectively.It was considered that the mechanism of the effect of JYOL in improving learning and memory might related to enhance the brain activity and the capability of clearing free radicals by increasing monoamines,cAMP and SOD of the aged body. |
