增龄对血瘀证及血浆血栓素B<sub>2</sub>和6－酮－前列腺素F<sub>1α</sub>水平的影响

中文摘要:

对１３４例２０岁以上健康人进行了血瘀证的调查，发现４５．５２％的健康人群表现血瘀征候，随着增龄血瘀征候检出率呈递增变化。采用放射免疫分析法检测血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）、６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１ａ（６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α）及Ｔ／Ｋ比值。结果显示：中年及老年组ＴＸＢ２水平均明显高于青年人（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。而６－ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１αｖ水平各年龄组变化不大，Ｔ／Ｋ比值老年人显著高于青年人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明随着年龄增长，血液逐渐呈现高凝倾向，并与上述指标相关。这对防治心脑血管疾病，防治中医血瘀证具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。

英文摘要:

Hemostasis(HS) in 134 healthy subjects of over 20 years old was investigated.The cases with HS symptom were 45.5%,which increased with age.TXB 2,6-keto-PGF1aαand T/K ratio were measured by radioimmuno assay(RIA).Results:elevation of TXB2 was more significant in the middle age and old age than in the young group(P<0.01).But the level of 6-keto-PGF 1αin various age group didn’t changed significantly:while the ratio between TXB2and 6keto-PGF1α was more significant in the aged than in the young person(p<0.01).The results revealed that there was hypercoagulable tendency with the increase of age,and it was correlated with TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α.It is significant in theory and practice to prevent and cure the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease as well as HS with the traditional Chinese medicine.
