鸡血藤复方治疗再生障碍性贫血临床观察

目的；为了探讨鸡血藤复方治疗再生障碍性贫血（ＡＡ）机理。方法：用鸡血藤复方治疗ＡＡ患者１０６例（２４个月），并观察４５例患者治疗前后骨髓变化，同时取１７名健康志愿者骨髓标本作对比研究。结果：总有效率为７７．４％，有核细胞容量（治前为１５．７±１０．２ｖｏｌ％，治后为３９．２±１３．９ｖｏｌ％）、粒细胞（治前为３１．４±１２．４％，治后为３３．９±１０．４％），有核红细胞（治前为１９．８±１５．９％，治后为３６．７±１３．５％）、巨核细胞（治前为１．４±２．３个／片，治后为２４．０±２４．６个／片）及骨髓微血管数目（治前为４０．０±２３．４条／１００ｍｍ２，治后为２０１．０±１４１．０条／１００ｍｍ２）治疗后均较治疗前明显增多（Ｐ＜０．０１或＜０．０５）。结论：鸡血藤复方不但有促进骨髓造血作用，对骨髓微环境有重建作用。

To investigate the pharmaceutical effect of Spatholobus Suberectus Composita (SEC) on bone marrow hematopoiesis and microenvironment of aplastic anemia. Methods:One hundred and six cases of aplastic anemia patents were treated by SEC and the pathological change of bone.marrow were observed before and sfter treatment for 24 months, and compered with 17 cases of normai volunteers as control. Results: The total effective rate was 77. 4 %. The degree of marrowhyperplasia (15. 7± 10. 2vol% vs 39. 2±13. 9vol% ), the percentage of the granulocytes (31. 4±12. 4%vs 39. 9± 10. 4% ), the erythroblastes (19. 8± 15. 9%vs 36. 7± 13. 5 % ), megakaryocytes(1. 4 ± 2. 3cell/section Ys 24. 0 ± 24. 6 Cells/section), and the microvessel number (40. 0 ±23. 4ves/100mm2 vs 201, 0±141. 0ves/100mm2) ascended significantly (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05).Conclusion: SEC could not Only irritate the hematopoiesis, but also exert reconstructive action to marrow microenvironment.
