中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成206例临床观察

目的：研究下肢深静脉血栓形成中西医结合治疗机理。方法：采用中西医结合疗法，并利用体外血栓形成方法，对２０６例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行治疗与检测分析。结果：（１）患者组的体外血栓各值明显地高于健康组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；（２）中医辨证分型不同，其体外血栓各值之间存在显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１～０．００１）；（３）中西医结合治疗后，体外血栓各值明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１）。结论：（１）患者即使在发病后血液仍常处于高凝状态；（２）体外血栓检测结果的变化与本病的病情改变是正相关。（２）体外血栓各值的变化亦可作为中医辨证分型的客观指标。（３）中西医结合治疗后，临床病情改善的同时，体外血栓各值亦明显降低，从而较客观地证实了中西医结合疗法对本病的确切疗效。

Objective:To study the pethogenetic mechanism of lower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT).Methods:Thrombosis t6st in vitro of 206 cases with lower limb DVT was measured. All of them were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine(TCM-WM). Results:The indexes of , thrombosis test in vitro of patients were much higher than those of normal subjects(P<0. 001 ). The relevent indexes were different in types distribution according to differentiation of symptoms and signs(p<0. 01～0. 001 )and between before and after treatment (P<0. 001 ). It showed that hypercoagulability of blood occurred even if after the occurence of DVT. Changes of indexes might be objective parameters for Syndrome Differentiation in TCM. The indexes became lower when state of illness was improving. Conclusion: The therapy of TCM-WM has good efficacy for DVT.
