心脉通胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血患者抗脂质过氧化损伤的临床研究

目的：为探讨心脉通胶囊对冠心病心肌缺血的治疗作用。方法：对４５例冠心病心肌缺血患者，用心脉通胶囊（３０例）及复方丹参片（１５例）治疗，观察治疗前后血清中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量，心电图ＳＴ段和临床症状等的变化，并与２０名健康人作比较。结果：冠心病心肌缺血患者ＳＯＤ明显低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＭＤＡ明显高于健康人（Ｐ＜０．００１）。心脉通胶囊治疗后，患者ＳＯＤ及ＳＴ段明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＭＤＡ及症状计分明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）；用复方丹参片者ＳＯＤ及ＳＴ段无明显改变（Ｐ＞０．０５），ＭＤＡ和症状计分虽降低明显（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．００１），但仍显著高于心脉通胶囊组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：心脉通胶囊能有效提高缺血心肌的抗氧化能力，以保护缺血心肌的损伤，因而用以防治冠心病心肌缺血有其重要价值。

To assess the effect of Xinmaitong Capsule (XMTC) in treating coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: The superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA ) levels, ST of electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms of 25 CHD patients with myocardial ischemia were observed before and after treatment with XMTC and 15 patients with Composite Danshen Tablet (CDT)were studied as controls. Results:The SOD level was significantly lower than that of normal (P< 0. 001), and MDA significantly increased (P<0. 001). After treatment with XMTC, the SOD levels and ST of ECG were significantly increased (P<0. 001). In the control group,the SOD levels and ST of ECG were unchanged (P> 0. 05), MDA and scores of clinical symptoms were decreased (P<0. 05, P< 0. 001), but the levels of them were markedly higher than those in the XMTC group (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Lipid Peroxidation injury is closely related with the myocardial ischemia and Syndrome Differentiation of TCM, XMTC with function of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation could resist lipid peroxidation injury.
